Returns & Exchanges

At Cozy Cove Candle Co., each candle is hand-poured with care in small batches. Because our products are handmade and often made-to-order, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on candles, wax melts, or other fragranced items once they have been shipped.

Candles are sensitive to temperature, handling, and storage conditions, and we cannot resell returned items.

Exceptions may apply only in the case of:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Items received incorrectly

(See “Damaged or Incorrect Items” below.)


Refunds

Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse, scent preference, or incorrect ordering.

However, we are happy to make things right if:

  • Your order arrives damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong item

In these cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Refunds are processed only after verification and approval.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Wax melts that have been opened

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order items


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Damage caused by extreme heat after delivery

If you believe a package is lost, please contact the carrier first. If you need assistance, we are happy to help guide you.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an issue qualifies under this policy, we will issue a replacement or refund instead.
