All orders are hand-poured and packaged to order.

During high-volume seasons, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer

Orders returned to us due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we package our products securely, once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery is outside of our control.

Lost or delayed packages: Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you

Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Candles are sensitive to heat.

During warmer months, we take extra precautions when possible
We are not responsible for melting caused by extreme temperatures during transit, but please reach out if you have concerns upon delivery
