When will my order ship?
All orders are hand-poured and packed with care. Our current processing time is 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.
How long does delivery take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or busy seasons.
Can I return or exchange my order?

What wax do you use?
We use a clean-burning coconut wax blend for a smooth melt, long-lasting burn, and beautiful fragrance throw.
